In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional materials and campaigns that elevate our brand presence and engage our target audience. You will play a crucial role in brainstorming creative concepts, executing marketing initiatives, and analyzing their effectiveness to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of promotional efforts; provide regular reports and insights to the team.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for upcoming campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and product launches.

Quarterly Targets:

Campaign Development: Successfully launch at least three major marketing campaigns each quarter, achieving a minimum engagement rate of 15%.

Promotional Material Production: Produce and distribute at least ten new promotional materials each quarter, with feedback and revision cycles completed within two weeks of initial drafts.

Market Research Reports: Deliver two comprehensive market research reports quarterly, identifying at least three actionable insights or opportunities for improvement.

Performance Analysis: Implement a performance tracking system to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, with quarterly analysis reports presented to the team.

Event Support: Assist in planning and executing at least one major company event or webinar each quarter, with post-event surveys achieving a satisfaction rating of 80% or higher.
