Job Description: Bio Sheet Update Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bio Sheet Update Coordinator to manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in collaboration with our brokers. This role involves working closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistency and quality in the presentation. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication across departments and leverage innovative ideas for our marketing pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:

Bio Sheet Management:
- Oversee the collection and updating of bio sheets from brokers on an annual basis and as needed.
- Collaborate with brokers to gather updated information ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Marketing Collaboration:
- Send updated bio sheets to the Marketing team for review and approval.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all materials align with the brand and marketing strategy.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Share approved bio sheets with the Digital Marketing team for online updates and outreach.
- Engage with other relevant departments to brainstorm and generate creative and innovative strategies for marketing pursuits.

Resource Collaboration:
- Work with internal stakeholders to align on goals and share best practices.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure cohesive collaborative efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
