You will be a go-to person for our clients who are excited to partner with us to deliver industry leading customer experiences.Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:Establish go to market strategies and industry specific offerings in Financial Services to build upon existing relationships and drive new business for Accenture Song.Act as a customer experience and digital marketing practitioner.Work closely with our Executive and Senior level clients to understand and support specific needs, objectives and longer-term digital and marketing strategies.Partner with our Account Leads to develop account specific relationship strategies and call plans for Digital and Marketing.Collaborate with our network of strategic alliance partners to identify joint business opportunities for our clients.Oversee business development activities throughout the sales cycle, including origination, pipeline tracking, proposal and bid management for our accounts in Canada.Partner with our Strategy and Consulting, Technology and Operations teams to bring the best of Accenture to our clients.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of sales & business development experience with Fortune 500 companies.Minimum of 7 years of experience in at least one of the following customer experience and marketing spaces; experience design, digital transformation, product development (agile), digital marketing, marketing technology and brand marketing.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management consulting firm or similar business model with Fortune 500 clients.A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this positionPreferred Qualifications:Superior interpersonal and customer relationship skills and proven ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast environment.Expert in the ability to direct work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented consulting engagement.Deep experience and understanding of Canadian Banking (retail/consumer, commercial, wealth, capital markets) and/or Insurance (life, property & casualty)High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure.Passion and strong understanding for customer experience and digital trends transforming the space.Understand broader CMO agenda and how digital fits within the overall marketing scope.Experience and understanding of key technologies and platforms including but not limited to Adobe, SalesforceExperience and understanding of key topics: CDP, Personalization, Mobile Applications, and Customer ExperienceDemonstrate strong oral, written, and presentation skills to business and technical audiences, including expertise in consulting documentation (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to create effective story-tellingExperience leading teams of people through complex sales cycles.Client relationship skills and strong business development acumen; ability and experience to lead RFP responses.Post Secondary degree in (or related) areas such as Marketing, Finance, General management, Strategy, Digital business, eCommerce, Customer-relationships etc#LI-NA-FY25About Accenture We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
