Job description: JDA TSG has an immediate opportunity for experienced Azure Stack HCI Experts to join our team. This engagement will run for approximately 12 months. You will be working remotely Mon-Fri each week. Work will be remote until Covid travel restrictions ease, at which time travel schedules will be determined/negotiated.   • The Full Stack Developer, FCC is responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying, and maintaining software solutions for internal and external clients, with a focus on automating business processes.
  • Provide solution architecture, document design, code, develop program logic for new applications, analyze and modify logic in existing applications and ensures that system improvements, particularly those related to process automation, are successfully implemented.
  • Ensure that functional specifications can be implemented technically while developing and innovating commercial technology assets to meet objectives.
  • Implement the best practices of Agile and DevOps for development to deliver quality products predictably and consistently.
  • Develop unit tests to ensure high quality code and be accountable for the quality of the product delivered.

What We are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in web development, object-oriented analysis and design, and service-oriented architecture knowledge.
  • Experience designing and developing web-based platform to automate business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of modern automation architecture, technologies, and processes.
  • Experience with automation platforms (Appian, RPA or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with the following: Angular (Typescript), JavaScript, Java, Hibernate, RESTful API, Spring Boot – creation of microservices.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server.
  • Experience in using Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence), and automated delivery pipelines CI/CD.
  • Experience developing cloud native solutions according to industry best practices.
  • Unix/Linux operating system knowledge.

The following are considered an asset:

  • Experience with cloud-based applications on AWS.
  • Wealth management, brokerage, or financial services experience.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course.
