Job description: Who we are and what we do:Our Deal Structuring & Pricing (DSP) professionals make up a world-class, global pricing organization. We include experts in competitive market positioning, pricing architects, and financial architects all working in concert with solutions and sales to drive profitable growth for Accenture. If you have a financial or accounting background and are interested in business development, this could be the role for you.Our part of the DSP organization is the Deal Structuring (DS) team, which consists of more than 700 Accounting and Finance professionals with pricing and commercial structuring expertise worldwide and reports directly to the Accenture Chief Sales Officer. The DS team, also known as financial architects, works closely with our sales, solutions, and legal teams to help shape and price complex consulting and outsourcing arrangements. The team develops and structures business cases for client engagements, new Accenture offerings, and go-to-market opportunities with Accenture ecosystem alliance partners. Typical deal structures incorporate innovative financial solutions and sophisticated pricing and risk management concepts to address client business needs. DS professionals act as independent business advisors to the sales team as these deal structures are being developed and are accountable for the financial quality of bids.Deal Structuring Analysts prepare the financial models for new outsourcing and consulting arrangements, supports the creation of the pricing approach and the client value proposition and uses accounting principles to prepare income statements, balance sheets and cash flows in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture Policy and Commercial Standards.Additional responsibilities include:Leveraging client cost data to develop cost baselines and client business casesIdentifying costs and performing the cost buildup for an individual opportunityIdentifying other cost saving opportunities within the dealApplying the agreed upon pricing methodologiesEnsuring revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant and Accenture Policies are reflected accurately within the financial modelsHere’s what you need:Undergraduate (graduating between December 2025 and August 2026) or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance OR Other Business-Related major with a minimum of 6 credit hours of accountingBonus points if you:Have spent time learning and practicing financial accounting such as:ReconciliationInvoice PreparationProcessing financial transactionsPreparing financial budgetsHave experience in pricing and deal structuringAre a PC user and know the Microsoft Office SuiteCan work on more than one project at a timeLike to work both independently and as part of a teamFeel comfortable talking with senior leadershipHave a strong attention to detailCan work creatively and analytically to solve problemsEasily share your ideas in person and in writingProfessional Skills:Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilianDemonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilianHow to ApplyYou must submit a resume and transcript in order for your application to be considered for an interview.
