The Senior Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing various aspects of technology, operations, compliance, legal, risk, and payments technology. This includes managing data gathering and analysis, data quality control, and integrated status reporting and presentation.
Assistant Project Manager
Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager provides support to the Project Manager and project team with daily project functions. Duties may include coordinating project schedules, communicating with vendors, tracking project expenses, and preparing project documentation. The Assistant Project Manager will also assist with project planning, execution, and close-out.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the Project Manager with project planning and execution
– Coordinate project schedules and deadlines
– Communicate with vendors to procure materials and equipment
– Track project expenses and report on budget status
– Prepare and maintain project documentation and records
– Assist in monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues
– Collaborate with project team members to ensure project alignment and success
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in project management or related role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and communication tools
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Knowledge of construction or engineering projects is a plus
