Through consistent communication and support via phone and Teams, you will strengthen dealer connections, drive sales growth, increase product and category adoption, and identify potential prospects to share with the Territory Rep team.What You Will DoDevelop and execute a structured sales call plan to engage Home Hardware dealers, ensuring consistent and personalized communication.Build and maintain strong relationships with remote dealers, providing full visibility to new product, promotions, warehouse listings and drop ship opportunities.Engage with dealers through product recommendations and regular call-cycle to highlight the National Flyer, New Product, relevant promotions and merchandising solutions. Feature end-cap promotions and dump bin opportunities.Analyze dealer performance to drive strategy and recommendations.Collaborate with HH sales team to ensure consistent messaging and optimal support for dealers.Facilitate new orders with customer service.Develop a monthly sales plan, accountable for sales goals and objectives.What You Will BringMinimum 1-year sales and/or marketing experience.
