  • Collaboration & Leadership: Coordinate with digital marketing, product management, and data science teams; mentor junior team members.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Facilitate design thinking workshops to build omni channel marketing product strategy.
  • Consulting services for clients on roadmap development and project plans for Marketing frameworks and Data Driven solutions
  • Program Management for the Marketing Analytics team, overseeing the planning and implementation of various projects
  • Reporting status to senior leadership on various projects, clearly articulating any challenges, roadblocks to meeting the scope, timelines and benefits
  • Create visually appealing presentations and deliver to executive leadership
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms; implement A/B testing; generate insights for marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends; conduct competitive analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing strategy and program management with a focus on digital analytics.
  • Experience working with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is preferred
  • Experience in designing and facilitating design thinking workshops using Mural board
  • Having Pharma and/or digital marketing background is preferred
  • Consulting experience is a big plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Building project plans using MS Project or Excel
  • Experience with JIRA is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) good to have
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience implementing digital analytics tracking solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Lifescience and Pharma domain
  • A good understanding of the full project life cycle
  • Should have worked on projects related to digital and marketing data such as MMX, Campaign Analytics, AB Testing, Dashboarding using GA/Adobe data and great decking skills
  • Understanding of overall marketing funnel and marketing process. This can come from experience in various customer centric campaign design projects
  • Knowledge of digital analytics industry trends: tracking libraries and SDKs, cookies, data layer, tag management systems, report suite configuration, etc.
  • Should be able to work on open ended problems and create conceptual frameworks, strong stakeholder management
  • Comfort with technical documentation and independently developing innovative, untested solutions.
  • Experience enabling digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 360, and other marketing technologies such as Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, conversion pixels, etc.
  • Comfort working alongside various functional teams (business, product, tech, etc.), across various lines of business.

  • Product Management, Web Development or Tech background is a bonus
  • Working knowledge of databases and Basic SQL.
