  • Drive effective and consistent client experiences by managing, maintaining, and creating content for the content library platform, Responsive.
  • Actively liaise with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to keep all content current, as well work collaboratively with them to develop new content, as necessary.
  • Regularly identify, validate, and capitalize on new opportunities to leverage Responsive to improve GTB Sales’ and our clients’ experiences during the sales process, creating new documents (and their corresponding question sessions) to meet growing needs in the field.
  • Contribute to the business development and financial success of GTB Sales through the development of customized, client-facing materials for multinational cash management and card opportunities across Scotiabank’s global footprint.
  • Supports GTB Sales with ad hoc requests, as required (e.g. unique client-facing materials, formatting issues, executive support, process development etc.) as well strategic initiatives under the guidance of the Director, Sales Effectiveness
  • Oversee the Bilingual Content Manager regarding the development of new Sales collateral for Corporate, and Multinational Corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the GTB Sales Team and the Proposal Writing Team, offering guidance regarding GTB Products and services, RFP response strategy, professional writing and copyediting, proofreading and customized business writing solutions.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. Perform duties in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

What You’ll Bring

  • You have 7+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Communications, or a related discipline
  • You have exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to create presentations, pitchbooks, and other sales tools;
  • You have great proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat. You have experience utilizing a centralized content library, preferably Responsive. Graphic design skills, particularly as applicable to content development, are an asset.
  • Knowledge of transactional banking services for large international businesses or have a proven ability to rapidly develop expertise.
  • You are high-energy, intellectually curious, and meticulously detail-oriented, able to dig into the details while retaining sight of the big picture;
  • You’re a team player, able to collaborate with colleagues, senior Executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and clients;
  • You have high organizational and project management skills, being able to track, prioritize and drive multiple projects and requests.
  • French fluency (oral and written) is preferred. Spanish would be an asset.
