  • Work with the internal communications team to evaluate the existing content and features of the intranet.
  • Conduct research to identify best practices and innovative approaches for intranet design and content organization.
  • Conduct research on new platforms and tools to improve intranet.
  • Assist in developing a business case and strategic plan for refreshing and updating the intranet platform.
  • Audit existing intranet, identify and catalogue all intranet content and information architecture.
  • Review analytics on best performing sections and content of existing intranet.
  • Create recommendations to improve existing intranet and develop an implementation plan.
  • Review key improvements with internal stakeholders with aim for continuous intranet improvement.
  • Create engaging and informative written content for various sections of the intranet, including news articles, videos, announcements, and employee spotlights.
  • Work closely with department heads and subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist in improving, designing and implementing user-friendly navigation and layout improvements for the intranet.
  • Support the technical aspects of intranet management, including content uploads, user access management, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Monitor intranet usage and feedback to identify areas for further improvement and optimization.
  • Provide training and support to employees on how to effectively use the intranet platform.
  • Assist in promoting intranet adoption and engagement through internal marketing campaigns and communications.

Job Description

Support all aspects of commercial delivery including administration, credit analysis & underwriting, office operations, annual reviews, business membership onboarding & account maintenance, document preparation, deposit initiatives, and our continuous efforts to improve and enhance PenFinancial’s commercial offering.

Differentiating Accountabilities:

  • Conduct site visits as required.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in University Degree and/or College Diploma Program, preferably in a business related program
