  • Support system owners by to ensure process equipment is installed and commissioned as per design requirements. Equipment includes Automated Visual inspection machines (syringe and vial) for detecting container defects using camera-based systems with inspection software/program; Filler Isolator with E-beam used to aseptically fill syringes and vials.
  • Troubleshoot equipment with system owner and vendor during install and commissioning phase.
  • Work with Digital and Automation to assist setting up accounts and communication with the Automation Control Management System (ACMS).
  • Support in managing timelines for equipment and technical deliverables.
  • Manage commodities required for testing and line trials.
  • Support construction and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Environment Field Work. Support mechanical completion and start-up.
  • Responsible for engineering documents updates and redlines.
  • Prepare vendor turnover packages for archiving.
  • Review Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) test plans for technical content.
  • Participate in FAT, SAT and Critical Test plan execution where required.

Essential Job Functions
