We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Product Availability and Brand Loyalty Strategist for the FIJI Water brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance product availability in the market while fostering long-term brand loyalty among consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales planning teams to align product availability initiatives with overarching brand goals.
- Revenue Management: Oversee revenue streams and budget allocations, focusing on field marketing expenditures, including listing fees, rebates, and retailer incentives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities for increasing product distribution and optimizing shelf placement.
- Brand Loyalty Initiatives: Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and engagement with the FIJI Water brand.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies through key performance indicators and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or sales strategies.
