Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Edmonton, AB

Salary: $25 – $30 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Our client, a well-established company in Edmonton, AB, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings
– Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
– Conduct research and compile data as required
– Handle confidential information with discretion
– Perform general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails
– Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients and vendors
– Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– High level of professionalism and discretion
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
