  • Support brand marketing. You will assist with supervising tasks and responsibilities focused on brand marketing to support corporate strategic imperatives. You will uphold the integrity of all brand and advertising assets in compliance with regulatory standards set by governing authorities.
  • Lead. You will lead international marketing initiatives across Yorkville University and Toronto Film School, in alignment with enrollment goals.
  • Manage projects and initiatives. You will manage a streamlined workflow with internal and external teams for projects that include print (brochures, presentations), digital (Email, CRM, web, and ads), and video, with a focus on process efficiencies. You will be responsible for the planning, optimization, and tactical execution of automated email campaigns, integration of marketing technologies, and initiation of new lifecycle marketing projects.   • Create and execute campaigns. You will collaborate with Marketing team members to design and deploy automated campaigns that reflect the brand visions of Yorkville University and Toronto Film School. You will support the entire campaign lifecycle, including lead generation, nurturing, reactivation, and event marketing.
  • Build and execute. You will architect and implement marketing solutions across multiple platforms—email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, and chatbots—while maintaining cohesive development standards.You will build and manage nurture programs, event campaigns, drip sequences, email blasts, and A/B tests to support student acquisition goals.
  • Customize and optimize. You will develop and maintain audience segmentations, lead scoring models, and nurturing journeys to personalize the student experience. You will use tokens, snippets, and dynamic content to streamline execution and drive conversion. You will ensure that all programs are CASL-compliant and aligned with best practices in data governance.
  • Maintain data integrity. You will maintain and update the Marketo database, ensuring data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and adherence to CASL and data governance standards. You will review email assets to ensure proper use of personalisation, tokens, and dynamic content to improve engagement and campaign relevance. You will uphold the integrity of data privacy and compliance across all marketing automation practices.
  • Analyze performance. You will create dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, deliver actionable insights, and model revenue impact across email, Facebook/Meta, Google, and LinkedIn channels. You will assign lead quality scores and run data queries to track application behaviour and funnel progression.
  • Support tools and strategy. You will manage lead flow, campaign development, and nurturing programs using our CRM and Marketo. You will troubleshoot processes, maintain campaign schedules, manage integrations, and support strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives that re-engage leads and improve conversion. You will engage in the collection, review, and analysis of campaign and audience data, while adhering to established policies, procedures, and program guidelines.
  • Support the team. You will actively support the day-to-day responsibilities of the performance marketing team and participate in small projects under the guidance of leadership. You will contribute to marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives that support our broader strategic imperatives.
  • Collaborate across teams. You will work closely with the Brand, Digital, and Admissions teams to align messaging, timelines, and campaign execution. You will maintain strong working relationships with external vendors and partners to support the development of integrated marketing strategies. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments on initiatives that support our corporate strategic imperatives.

What you bring:

  • The education and experience. A degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. You have experience with CRMs and marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar. You have built and executed lifecycle marketing campaigns and demonstrated how automation improves results. Experience working in fast-paced environments and with paid media, HTML, or CSS is considered an asset.
  • The skills. You are confident using HTML and CSS to design and adjust email templates. You understand the marketing funnel, personalization strategies, and how to optimize campaigns through automation. You have strong analytical abilities and can clearly summarize and present data-driven insights. You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • The mindset. You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn new tools and technologies. Experience with Marketo is highly preferred, but if you have used similar platforms and are willing to learn Marketo, we will support you with training and certification. You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • The communication. You are a strong, strategic communicator who can collaborate with teams and build trusted relationships. You are supportive when working with others to get things done, particularly with internal stakeholders such as the Admissions team. You understand that marketing automation is a value-add and can alleviate manual work to help convert prospective students into applicants.
