The Project Manager will work closely with the Director of Manufacturing to drive and coordinate project scope with customers, project teams, and internal departments to achieve revenue goals.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing various clerical duties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative support to team members
– Coordinate meetings and manage schedules
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
