Ecopia AI is seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate B2B Marketing and Communications Manager to fill an exciting position in a fast-paced and dynamic entrepreneurial workspace. Reporting to Senior Management, the successful candidate will have the incredible experience of working alongside a dynamic team with boundless growth potential. You’ll make an impact by:

• Championing the company brand identity and messaging across all channels
• Creating, owning, and executing the marketing and communications plans based on strategic goals
• Crafting press releases and liaising with media
• Collaborating with the team to set KPIs, and moderate and report results to key stakeholders
• Developing materials, presentations, and other marketing communications for partnerships, product launches, campaigns, and other product and service marketing efforts as well as sales meetings, tradeshows, and events
• Overseeing the development of sales enablement materials
• Becoming an expert in our products to translate technical specifications and product information into clear and engaging marketing and promotional materials, both print and digital

What we’re looking for:

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
• 5+ years experience in a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing, or Communications role
• Proven ability in creating and designing engaging content
• Experience in copywriting or public relations with an ability to write for a targeted audience that brings our brands voice to life
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe CC.
• Excellent event logistics, project management, and organizational skills, you’ll bring solid experience in managing large trade show booths and customer events
• Mastery of social media strategy, analytics, and management across all channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment and with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving attitude with a detail-oriented mindset
• Flexibility with the ability to embrace change in a rapidly evolving work environment

Bonus points for:

• Basic CSS and/or HTML proficiency
• Photography, Videography, motion graphics, editing , and graphic design capabilities
• Experience within the AI or geospatial industry is a plus
