They will be the sole individual in this area of the business and they will need to be comfortable with hands-on work as well as planning mid to long term company needs.About the roleHostaway is seeking a dynamic Paid Search Manager to own and lead our multi-million dollar program, driving measurable impact on our growth and success.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and be fully responsible for optimizing and scaling campaigns while managing the budget to maximize ROI. Join us to make a significant contribution in a fast-growing, innovative environment!You will report to the VP of Marketing giving you direct access and accountability for high impact projects.What you’ll do:Own and manage the paid search program at Hostaway – Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin, Bing, TikTok, etc.Optimize our pay-per-click program to maximize leads, MQLs, SAL, SQLs, and winsReport performance on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadenceOptimize bids and budget to maximize performance and ROI of all pay-per-click effortsConduct keyword research to ensure our ads target the most amount of relevant keywords and ICP usersWrite ad copy that drives conversion and collaborate with design teams on effective ad creativesDesign and conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives and landing pages to increase conversion ratesDevelop a testing roadmap comprised of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and growth to enhance our marketing strategiesStay current on pay-per-click / search engine marketing practices and collaborate with peers on the Marketing teamRequirements:5+ years experience in pay-per-click, search engine marketing, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
