Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multi-family, podium, and wrap projects in the Vancouver area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on residential multi-family projects.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
– Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work
– Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
– Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met
– Manage and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes
