Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year
Job Description:
Our company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will include coordinating meetings, managing calendars, handling travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling various administrative tasks as needed. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
