The Digital Engagement Coordinator will work under the direction of the Manager, Program Support, or their designate. If you are a confident, digital storyteller, we want you to engage our many stakeholders and share our stories with the world! Contract position until March 2021 (possibility of extension). Salary 60K. Regular hours (9.00 am – 5.00 pm) In office role but with possibility to partially work remote.
Responsibilities
Website and Social Media
- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement across organizations social brands, identifying areas of opportunity and delivering against relative performance benchmarks
- Plan and develop monthly Social Media calendar and copy for all of organizations social media accounts
- Plan and develop targeted social media campaigns as directed by the Manager, Program Support or Program Leads
- Plan and launch social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, followers and subscribers
- Research ways to improve the organization’s social media and digital presence
- Support the maintenance of up-to-date content and graphics on the Realize website and the organization’s various web pages
- Support other social media and website activities as required
Marketing and Communications
- Support Realize Team members with the creation of marketing and/or communications collateral
- Support Realize Team members with the creation of presentations, Powerpoint’s, and all material related to Realize brand engagement
- Support the development and maintenance of relevant databases as identified by the Manager, Program Support or Program Leads
- Support other marketing and communications activities as required
Project Coordination
- Prepare reports as directed by the Manager, Program Support or Program Leads
- Disseminate project information to stakeholders as directed
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries as directed
- Participate in Team meetings when required
- Represent Realize at stakeholder meetings as required
- Provide other digital engagement support to the Realize Team as required
Expected salary: $60000 per year
