Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Content Marketing, the successful candidate will primarily own the key project initiatives and strategy and oversee marketing campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver content and drive engagement across all TDAM digital distribution platforms.

Act as a champion for all things digital marketing within area of expertise. Own the development and delivery of digital marketing capabilities, project initiatives and change management process and communications.
Most importantly, you are an innovator who has demonstrated impactful results in prior roles to drive engagement and deliver with speed and excellence for TD Asset Management digital channels.
Accountabilities:
- Work closely with your business and digital stakeholders to develop an understanding of the strategies and priorities of the asset management business
- Manage/execute digital projects/requirements for digital marketing initiatives
- Development, business casing and execution of digital strategic initiatives
- Provide strategy/knowledge support in development of digital tactics
- Recommend and champion the execution of tactics to increase usage and adoption of the digital distribution channels (internet, social media, email, intranet, podcasts, webinars)
- Ensure alignment to enterprise standards, accessibility, compliance, regulatory and risk
- Ensure appropriate analytics are established, measured and actioned based on insights derived from your analysis
- Work with TDAM partners to develop digital marketing campaigns, including best practices for planning, targeting, testing, execution, reporting and optimization
- Evaluate campaigns over time and leverage insights to recommend improvements and optimization
- Assist in the management of ongoing digital communications campaigns as required
- Provide weekly and monthly dashboard performance analytics to partners and management team
- Adhere to best practices in digital strategy and execution
Requirements
- A dynamic professional with over 5 years of relevant digital experience
- Undergraduate degree and/or relevant professional certifications, designations or equivalent work experience required
- In-depth expertise in own domain and working knowledge of broader related areas
- Proficient is using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Adobe Analytics and Content Management Systems
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud and Email Marketing (Pardot) and Salesforce considered an asset
- Strong communications and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- High energy individual who can be detail-oriented and exercise initiatives with minimal discretion
- Previous experience or understanding of the mutual funds industry, retail and institutional asset management considered an asset
