As the Director of Digital Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for creating, leading, implementing, and measuring Northbridge’s digital marketing strategy.

You’re great at:
Designing and managing the strategy and execution of digital marketing programs, including search engine marketing, display advertising, social media advertising, land page optimization, email marketing, and content marketing
Overseeing key digital communication channels and creative assets, leading efforts to produce relevant and engaging communications that result in measurable action
Working with sales leadership to monitor and continuously evolve lead management strategy and approach
Ensuring a consistent customer experience and executional excellence across all digital marketing touchpoints along the customer journey
You have:
A proven track record of developing effective demand generation strategies using a variety of tactics (i.e., digital advertising, lead generation, and web marketing strategies)
7+ years of experience with hands-on digital marketing and communications
2 to 4 years of Leadership experience
Previous success developing and implementing integrated digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
