Reporting to the Director, Program Management, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for enterprise business and technology projects from start to finish through the project lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities leading your team to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations for each project.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing all phases of project delivery from concept to sustainability, including stakeholder management, project/program governance, scope, schedule, budget, issue, and risk management
Previous experience acting as a scrum master in an agile environment, and with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira and Confluence
Working with stakeholders at all levels to develop scope of work documents, project schedule, and risk and issue management plans;
Identifying and securing required resources;
Managing project team members and vendors as required;
Developing and providing effective communication and change management strategies and plans;
Accountable for the overall quality of delivery of projects and related artifacts.

Requirements

University degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent education
Formal Project Management training, PMI certification and/or equivalent
A minimum 5-8 years project management experience is required.
Past success on delivery and oversight of all facets of large, complex projects that may include multiple cross functional streams: building design and construction, Engineering, Technology, Logistics
Past success with launching and enhancing ecommerce, marketing and/or retail focused projects
Knowledgeable in various project and SDLC methodologies, organizational change management
A strong negotiator who can optimize results that are a win/win for all stakeholders. He/she must be an agile communicator and have the ability to gain trust and confidence of peers and stakeholders alike
Ability to work collaboratively at all levels to drive projects and deliver results
Proven track record in adapting best practice processes and methods into different environments
Requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Previous experience in eCommerce, Retail and/or Grocery

What you will do:

  • Manage all aspects of paid digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on Google and Bing Ads
  • Collaborate on the development of effective landing pages, incorporating the latest digital marketing best practices
  • Manage and implement paid social media marketing strategies
  • Write ad copy for SEM campaigns
  • Conduct research and analyze the competitive landscape, highlighting potential opportunities
  • Measure and report on performance of digital marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Track progress on a regular basis and assess against goals (KPIs and ROI)
  • Take action to improve results
  • Regularly review, develop and implement new strategies to optimize marketing spend and performance, and meet business goals
  • Research and stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices and emerging technologies, while providing applicable insights and recommendations for adoption where appropriate

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the B2C or insurance industry
  • Preferably Google Ads Certified and Google Analytics Certified professional
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads, including Search, Display and YouTube campaigns
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio
  • Experience with remarketing, audience building and A/B testing
  • Superior level keyword research
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
