As the Director, Digital Marketing, reporting to the Senior Director of Inbound Marketing, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company’s digital marketing strategy to achieve our business goals and objectives, leveraging data to optimize programs and conversion rates across various stages of the marketing funnel, measure ROI and KPIs, and lead and organize our Digital Channels and Lifecycle Marketing teams.

- You have 10+ years of experience working as a Digital Marketer.
- You have People Leadership experience and have a track record of managing high performing teams.
- You have a deep understanding and passion for building digital marketing strategies to align to aggressive growth targets.
- You love to stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
- You thrive on data and thirst to gather qualitative, quantitative, and anecdotal evidence to fuel and optimize digital marketing programs and campaigns.
- You have proven experience working with marketing and sales functions to deliver superior results.
- You excel in a team environment, driving collaboration across departments and disciplines to get the best possible outcome.
- You are curious, proactive & thrive in a fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid to take chances and test new things.
- You have experience forecasting and managing a marketing budget.
Outcomes
- Understand Ada’s mission and how inbound marketing contributes to our overall success, develop digital marketing strategies, plans and KPIs aligned to company objectives, and own these metrics.
- Develop close relationships with the other marketing and sales stakeholders, collaborating on joint marketing plans that tie to revenue goals, and ensuring that our relationships are mutually beneficial.
- Create and optimize thoughtful processes to drive alignment cross-functionally and to support GTM efforts in a coordinated manner.
- Develop systems and processes that allow you to monitor the full-funnel lifecycle, and identify opportunities and use cases to maximize pipeline creation.
- Establish and consistently report out on core segments, digital channel performance, funnel health and conversion rates.
