Summary
The Senior Manager, Digital Media is responsible for setting the strategies and managing a team of Media Managers and Specialists who define the market opportunities, marketing, and analysis/optimization of the organization’s services and/ or products which may include consumer and market insights, digital marketing, advertising, and analytics. This role may be allocated to focus on a particular component of the marketing life cycle and or channel. This is Senior/Management level position which requires expert knowledge and little to no instruction.
General Responsibilities
Responsibilities are applicable based on the position focus/channel
Direct a team of internal/external specialists who may also be managing a team of analysts who:
Identify, analyze/execute new and potential product/services, markets, and advertising opportunities.
Collect and analyze data on established and prospective customers, competitors, and marketing channels/sources.
Develop reports that interpret consumer behavior, market opportunities/conditions, marketing results, trends, and investment levels.
Investigate and evaluate marketing methods, consumer insights, advertising channels, and their results in an effort to continually improve results.
Prepare and present materials/findings both internally and externally for the marketing focus/channel he or she supports.
Provide insights which facilitate the development of plans for partner promotion
Execute against marketing plans to deliver results that exceed defined objectives
Create buy-in from multiple constituents in a collaborative cross-functional environment
Keep current with industry trends and leverage them to develop/test emerging concepts to improve the performance of their teams along with our results.
Develop a knowledge base, to leverage aggregate data to develop, implement and routinely update best practices for their respective area.
Create unique account management strategies that will exceed client and business objectives for entire function, location(s), or strategic clients.
General Qualifications
4-year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline OR appropriate combination of experience and education
Minimum 7 years’ of experience in digital marketing for lead generation, channels, sources, best practices and
KPI’s; generating strategic media initiatives and successfully developing & implementing media plans.
Manager level position managing teams which requires expert experience in the following areas:
Experience with various ads platforms such as; SA360, DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of other media platforms such as; The Trade Desk, Yieldmo, CTV, Hulu, Pandora
Experience with Microsoft Office 360 and strong working knowledge of Excel
Experience managing out-sourced vendors
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages a team of internal/external Media Managers & Analysts
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Pearson provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $110,00 – $130,000.
