Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Associate to ensure our product displays are visually appealing and effectively promote our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for front-facing products, guaranteeing that shelves are stocked and arranged to create an inviting shopping experience. Additionally, you will receive and implement marketing and promotional materials to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shelf Management: Regularly front face products, ensuring that shelves are organized, neatly stocked, and visually appealing to customers.
- Product Display: Collaborate with the marketing team to receive and set up promotional displays and materials in alignment with brand standards.
- Inventory Monitoring: Assist in tracking inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies or low stock situations.
- Customer Engagement: Observe customer behavior and provide feedback on product placement and promotional effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and other team members to execute merchandising strategies and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
