We are looking for an English speaking SEO Manager (m/f/d) to support our four business solutions Mailing Related Solutions (MRS), Business Process Automation (BPA), Customer Experience Management (CXM) and Parcel Locker Solutions (PLS). You will be responsible for identifying and implementing all SEO driven initiatives (strategy and implementation, content, link building and reporting) in all English spoken countries. You will directly report to the Digital Marketing Director and work closely with cross-functional marketing and product teams. The role can be filled anywhere in the US or Canada (Eastern Zone) and is fully remote.


Your tasks:


  • SEO Strategy:
    Develop, manage, and execute SEO strategy for your assigned language across all solutions and corporate content. Outline recommendations, goals, and timelines which include experiments and initiatives to drive awareness, organic traffic, leads, and engagement. Collaborate on identifying content gaps to drive awareness, engagement, and link-building opportunities.


  • Keyword Strategy:
    Establish a keyword strategy and portfolio through research and analysis. Focus on optimizing existing content and uncovering new opportunities of untapped search space for both high volume core business terms and broad match, long-tail keywords. Own actions plans for identified keywords, monitoring results over time and providing feedback on ranking to campaigns and content team. Oversee internal content competition and prevent any potential keyword cannibalization.


  • Best Practice and Content:
    Advocate for SEO best practices and adoption by core cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications/content marketing, product and content developing teams. Advise the content team, assist in content creation and participate in content calendar meetings to infuse SEO strategies into decision-making.


  • Reporting:
    Create a framework/rubric for measuring SEO progress, performance, and success. Create and deliver quantitative and qualitative SEO performance reports to internal stakeholders. Use various tools including but not limited to SEO tools and web analytics tools (Google Analytics Search Console, SEMRush etc.) to support the compilation of data and develop recommendations.


Your skills:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.

  • In depth knowledge of SEO best practices with a holistic approach to strategy and an understanding technical implementation.

  • Strong technical understanding and marketing background.

  • Experience in working with developers to implement technical SEO tactics and editors to produce SEO focused content.

  • Strong knowledge in analyzing data with software tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SERP tools, etc.

  • You are proactive, curious and data driven. You feel comfortable working in cross-functional teams with different stakeholders.

  • Native Language: English – French or German competencies would be appreciated

Through this, we’ve developed a marketing solution that helps these providers grow their practice, retain patients, and simplify their marketing efforts. An innovative new way for providers to market their practice and connect with more patients on a trusted and wide-reaching health network. The network is available to our 6 million Sun Life clients and now to all Canadians on LuminoHealth.ca.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Director, B2B Marketing to join Lumino Health to lead the development and implementation of a full-funnel B2B marketing plan to health-care providers in Canada.

Reporting to the AVP, Strategy, Provider Relationships, and Operations, you will work collaboratively with sales, product, marketing, and analytics teams to define our value proposition to health-care providers and build out a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our program KPI’s. You will have the opportunity to advance Lumino Health’s profile within the health-care community and shape our provider marketing function.

The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and the ability to lead a team, including writers, campaign managers and email automation specialists. Please note, this is a 12 month contract opportunity.


What you will do:

  • Develop, manage, and execute a strategic multi-channel marketing and communications program for Lumino Health’s B2B business that drives ongoing adoption of SaaS subscriptions to health-care providers based upon program KPI’s within key market segments.

This includes:

  • Ownership of the value proposition of Lumino Health in the B2B space and all associated messaging

  • Addressing all aspects of the marketing journey – awareness, consideration, purchase, retention and advocacy

  • Use of a variety of delivery mediums such as email, digital, social media marketing, video and live events, webinars, advertisements, sales tools, case studies, white papers, etc.

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and oversee the end to end process of campaign development including research and analytics, brief creation, writing, graphic design, coding, and campaign deployment through marketing automation (Adobe)

  • Monitor, evaluate and report on the success of marketing campaigns and implement recommendations for improvement

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers through qualitative and quantitative research and behavioral analysis; represent the voice of customers by conducting competitive analyses and gather research/feedback

  • Maximize brand value through research, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns designed to create return on investment.

  • Keep a pulse on market trends and the competitive landscape, reporting on competitor marketing campaigns, communications, and positioning

  • Stay up to date on current best practices, trends and technology and make recommendations to drive efficiencies, improvement, and innovation

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. Description

The Manager of Digital Adoption reports to the Senior Manager of Digital Adoption. They are part of the Everyday Banking Products team in Canadian Personal Banking. The digital adoption team is responsible to develop and execute the integrated plan to drive retail customers to adopt the online and mobile banking channels. The Manager supports the Senior Manager in all aspects of establishing and leading the digital adoption program.

They are responsible to develop the integrated plan to introduce new customers to digital channels and to encourage existing customers to migrate transactions from assisted channels to self-serve channels. Key levers include frontline training and incentives, customer communications and marketing, improvement of digital capabilities and product features, and process digitization. They are responsible to lead the digital adoption program, including measuring and explaining performance, rallying the cross-functional team and coordinating efforts across many initiatives, and communicating progress in multiple forums across the organization.

The Manager will collaborate with members of the Everyday Banking Products team, and with internal partners, such as Customer and Channel Analytics, Leads Management, Marketing, Digital, Process Digitization and Workforce Effectiveness.
