What you need to have:

  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience with a record of successfully delivering global and highly scalable customer-facing digital products and capabilities.
  • Provide guidance, leadership in planning, and other delivery process activities and implement engagements following the Agile methodology including SCRUM.
  • Proficiency of Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practice, ideally with designing and programming of applications using Object Oriented Programming Methodology applying Java language constructs.
  • Excellent understanding of AEM product suite and Adobe Experience Cloud, including Analytics and Target.
  • 2+ years experience in development and migration from other CMS platforms to AEM.
  • Extensive experience with REST API design and implementation.
  • Experience in leveraging continuous integration and robust build/test automation, with a preference for cross platform stacks (Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, JUnit, SonarQube).
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to manage complex problems using a number of techniques.
  • Experience in complex software product delivery in an agile environment.
  • Exposure to public cloud technology stack in AWS.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, virtual team-based environment.
