Communications Support and Execution

  • Development and execution of internal communications in support of CRM transformation
  • Support and influence organizational change aligned to the change management plan for CRM Transformation through effective communications strategies
  • Produce internal communications using a variety of channels (i.e. leadership speaking notes, Intranet articles, Q&As, key messages, emails, videos, video scripts, briefing documents, etc.) in multiple voices intended for different audiences and project personas
  • Utilize strong attention to detail to capture the nuance required for different audiences, ensuring each communication is tailored for various areas of our business
  • Sustain, ideate and execute the internal portal and other channels program for communications and training for CRM Transformation with a vision of continuous improvement
