Job description: You’ll work closely with our Content and Development teams as our main contact for content-related development requests in our Content Management System. You’ll ensure accuracy, consistency, quality assurance and help us identify areas for improvement.Not only will you help teams design great content, you’ll also get to lean on design, development, testing, analytics and marketing to create great content experiences end-to-end.Here’s how

  • Gather content requirements and information on incoming development
  • Writing, proofreading, and editing content for client’s assets
  • Creating content that is thoughtful, consistent, accessible, and conveys the brand voice while shaping the product experience
  • Managing content in our content management system (CMS), including: offers and promotions, competitive responses and personalization testing

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle

  • 2+ years of UX writing/editing and content management experience
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience writing and editing high-quality copy under time constraints and pressure
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to using data to make content-related decisions to deliver a great customer experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Journalism, marketing, english and/or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with content management systems and editing tools. Experience with Contentful is a bonus.
  • Curious mindset – passionate about continuous content iteration and enhancements
  • Demonstrated experience in content optimization and delivering brand consistency
  • Able to gracefully receive and give feedback
