  • Collaborate with product owners, product designers and technical solution architects to establish strategic solutions that balance user goals, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
  • Establish, maintain and coordinate integrated project plans to help our clients achieve their strategic objectives and meet project success metrics.
  • Manage project risk through standardized risk management practices.
  • Provide accurate time and resourcing forecasting for current and upcoming engagements.
  • Ensure team is meeting established timeline and goals.
  • Systematically track project tasks and risks.

Reporting & documentation:

  • Establish standard reports for project teams and clients.
  • Provide an infrastructure of constant health performance monitoring (related to project success criteria).
  • Ensure repeatable processes are in place and documented.

Outside of any specific project:

  • Uphold and assist in evolving project management best practices across the organization.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of trends within our industry which will enable you to provide other team members with high level insights, valuable strategies and perspectives that improve our processes, quality, and bring additional business value to clients.
  • Work with our business development team throughout the sales process to help define and scope the engagements, as well as identify further business opportunities with our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years Project Management experience in digital web/marketing/analytics.
  • Certification in on of DSDM, PMI-ACP, DASM, DASSM, DAC, or DAVSC, or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience in managing the delivery of large-scale and/or complex e-commerce solutions, CMS websites or web applications for clients.
  • Strong proficiency with Jira + Confluence.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently, or in collaboration with other team members.
