About the Role

Our Social Media Content Moderation team works to create a welcoming and safe place for people to build communities. As an Social Media Content Moderator, you will be an essential component of our client’s safety effort. We are looking for someone who can apply our guidelines with reference to nuanced and context-dependent policies in an evolving environment. You will make autonomous decisions against challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or business-critical nature


You Will:

  • Review products offered for sale on the client’s platform to ensure that they do not violate any current policies
  • Address audio content which may include offensive or derogatory language or other potentially distressing content
  • Identify trends that highlight gaps in social media policies
  • Demonstrate an understanding of market-specific legal and cultural practices that enable effective content review
  • Analyze and independently render decisions against high volumes of live and active issues regarding social media user behavior
  • Provide information, educate customer to update trackers, update required applications & tools and keep internal stakeholders informed of new issues
  • Be available to work within rotating shifts (Early Morning and/or late Night, weekends/ Long weekend/Statutory Holidays)


You Have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and any one of these languages – Japanese, Thai, Korean or Spanis
  • Clear awareness of potential biases or conflicts of interest and ensure these do not affect professional application of responsibilities
  • Deep familiarity with internet technology, streaming, internet slang/colloquialisms and internet culture
  • Evaluate information and quickly/independently develop a sound conclusion based on an existing framework
  • Mentally and emotionally able to handle offensive or disturbing language, and content
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently as part of a larger team
  • Ability to monitor several information flows simultaneously

Senior Marketing Coordinator (Bilingual: French and English)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate strategic marketing activities in English and French initiatives for CIK Telecom.
  • Implement marketing plans for the company that include print, broadcast and online content in English & French to create a positive customer experience to increase conversions
  • Assess and create marketing campaigns, and support the advertising and design teams by coordinating and collating content for stores and other distribution channels of CIK Telecom.
  • Conduct market research and surveys to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Organize and streamline CIK Telecom’s product and service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
  • Assist in creating traffic on all advertising efforts in print and social media to appropriate channels.
  • Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
  • Event planning through to execution, including the identification of target markets, relevant concepts, and management of contracts and debrief reports.
  • Evaluation, securing and executing on sponsorship opportunities with key groups and associations.
  • Works with the PR and Media relations team to monitor and coordinate media responses on social media channels.

Qualifications:

Education: College diploma or University Degree in marketing/communications or in any related discipline related to a particular subject matter.

Experience: At least 3 years of work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role in advertising, promoting and negotiating concept in terms of customer satisfaction.

Other skills/conditions:

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience with research using data analytics software.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills in both writing and verbally in the English and French language.
  • Have strong multitasking skills and being able to work independently as part of the team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Organized enough to run several campaigns at the same time
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

Role Description
A Solution Engineer (pre-sales) with the Healthcare and Life Sciences team at Salesforce plays a pivotal role in aligning innovative digital strategies across four key sub-verticals: Provider, Payer, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices. This pre-sales role focuses on collaborating with Account Executives to create strategic account plans, execute discovery, develop customer solutions, and deliver presentations showcasing the technology and business value offered by Salesforce. As a Solution Engineer with Salesforce, you will:

  • Solve Business Problems – Take complex business problems, using research and business assessment capabilities, define the problem, drive innovative ideas, define the opportunity set, and recommend actionable next steps.
  • Drive Innovation – Bring rigor to a client’s decision-making process by presenting and evaluating solution options and driving consensus among key stakeholders. In some instances, we help our clients develop new decision frameworks and governance processes that continue to deliver value far beyond a particular engagement.
  • Connect the “Art of the Possible” – Demonstrate through software demos, rapid prototyping, and storytelling how connected experiences come to life with Salesforce. This includes but is not limited to the delivery of executive-level software demonstrations, construction of future state customer journey strategies, and developing long term IT road maps.
  • Deliver Business Value – As a Solution Engineer within Healthcare and Life Sciences, you’ll work with customers to understand the business value Salesforce brings. This includes return on investment, improved quality of care, and improved population health.

Your Impact:
A large component of the responsibilities will include assisting the sales team with discovery, analysis, and ultimately recommendations of strategic solutions for the customer. These solutions will leverage Salesforce’s technology to address the core challenges and objectives that are uniquely identified for each customer.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; persuasive and concise in presenting complex ideas to a non-technical audience
  • Experience leading value driven software demonstrations to executives and line of business users
  • Broad knowledge of technology trends and relevance to businesses
  • Ability to lead discovery / business requirements sessions with clients
  • Technology consulting experience with clients from various industries
  • Project management skills
  • Previous pre-sales experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or Solution Engineer
