They will work closely with the local team and colleagues in the United States and Germany to deliver professional IT support for our users.What you can expect:Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Augment our current IT support team for internal staff
- On-site support to the Distribution Centre in areas of connectivity, printers, TC52 scanners and SAP
- General networking duties including PCs, printer setup and problem resolution
- Assist in deployment of network devices, hardware and software to new stores
Your profile:
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1- 2 years working experience or previous internships in IT
- Experience in retail industry is an advantage
- Basic Networking experience and understanding of TCP/IP & WiFi connectivity, network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with MS Intune, iOS devices, Industrial Android OS scanners, MDM services, Active Directory
- Knowledge of Retail IT, xStore POS, printer configuration is an asset
- Able to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally to all levels of staff
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and via email. You will assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and general support. Additionally, you will enter orders, process payments, and provide product information to customers.
