Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18 to $20 hourly
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team at a leading manufacturing company in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and assisting in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage calendars and schedule appointments
– Prepare reports, memos, and documents
– Organize and maintain files
– Assist with basic accounting tasks
– Coordinate meetings and events
– Perform various office tasks as needed
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
