Manage and optimize always-on inbound marketing strategy for OTPP including SEM, Paid Social, Display alongside internal and external partners

Partner with Sr. Manager Brand & Content to streamline audiences, build growth verticals and adjacent targets to continually drive up OTPP brand equity

Manage digital performance in real-time to optimize and improve campaigns while in market

Own paid media strategies globally including supporting with net-new platforms in alignment with key growth geographies and regions

Design, build and implementation of advanced omni-channel analytics and reporting frameworks for OTPP using key toolset including Adobe Analytics, SiteImprove, SEMRush and Hootsuite

Monitor performance, find opportunities for optimization and testing, and ensure accurate tracking is in place on all digital experiences (ensure digital standard methodologies are embedded in marketing campaigns)

Support real-time data gathering and regularized reporting to better drive digital effeteness across owned channels

Support all corporate streams with value-adding data insights on site performance, opportunity analysis and regularized benchmarking

Customer and Audience segmentation, clustering and profiling

Geo/demographic attribution and segmentation

Audience targeting, A/B and multivariate testing and measurement

Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website

Drive on-going social listening reporting and dashboards

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (return on investment and critical metrics)

Use strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Oversee direct reports and Manage external agency relationships

A high level of judgment is required in planning and co-ordinating projects and resources involved in the process, in determining the impact of the project on target audiences.

Ability to work with senior leaders to advise and influence and work cross-functionally across the OTPP teams

Integrate with IT to ensure smooth delivery of projects

What you’ll need

Degree in Marketing or Communications

Previous writing experience would be considered an asset

Strong understanding of B2B content strategy development as well as web personalization strategies and Adobe Experience Manager

Understanding of digital paid media

Understanding of critical metrics related to content and optimization strategies for content

Excellent communication skills

Min. of 7 + years’ experience in brand, digital marketing or content strategy roles

Experience within the financial industry and brand would be considered a plus

Experience leading and working with agencies

Deep SEO (technical and traditional) knowledge

About The Role

The Director, Shared Capabilities & DevOps will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of common digital capabilities, ensure common capabilities can easily be leverage by other engineering teams, and ensure governance around re-use and expansion of shared capabilities. Further, this role will also establish state-of-the-art DevOps capabilities and implement CI/CD pipelines for fully automated digital builds and on-demand releases.

In addition, this role will be responsible for highly available, performant, and secure digital applications. As such, this role will lead digital technology operations including digital service and support management, delivering modern monitoring capabilities, optimizing support operating model, and leading a continuous improvement roadmap. The role will direct the team in implementing SRE solutions (monitoring and alerting, machine learning anomaly detection, self-healing and reliability testing) while striving to reduce toil using automation tools, and maintain technology currency (perform server patching, version updates, certificate renewal, etc.) with a view on automation.
