Checkout 51 is owned by Neptune Retail Solutions (NRS) and is a critical part of the broader innovation and growth strategy. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Checkout 51’s redesign and user experience strategy. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our app through collaboration with design, engineering, and marketing.

What will you be doing?

  • As the most senior product person on the team, you will own the product vision and roadmap from conception to end, keeping our users’ experience as a top priority
  • You will focus on the core aspects of our users’ journey, including discovering and redeeming cash back offers and cashing out their balance
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and customer experience teams to understand & identify customers needs via user research and testing
  • Define and monitor product health metrics and A/B testing in order to identify opportunities and drive incremental value with valuable consumer insights
  • Use good judgment to make appropriate trade-offs when scoping and specifying solutions, ensuring that anything we build adds value to the business and continues to delight our users
  • Be an embedded product owner in sprint ceremonies, leading the team to deliver measurable impact on time

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven track record in defining and launching high impact products for consumer facing experiences
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in an agile environment, at least 1 year in a consumer-facing role
  • Experience owning product features from start to finish and excellent product sense
  • You have a strong sense of how to ruthlessly prioritize in a consumer space
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; self-proficiency in the use of analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Continuous innovation driven approach with an ability to roll-up sleeves to get things done
