Team Building: Recruit, develop, and lead top-tier engineering teams while fostering collaboration and innovation.
Platform Development: Oversee the creation and implementation of financial solutions, including tools for portfolio management, financial planning, and client engagement.
Technology Integration: Explore and incorporate cutting-edge technologies like AI, blockchain, and data analytics to enhance offerings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate technical strategies and project progress to executives and key stakeholders effectively.
Client Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
Process Standardization: Create and implement methodologies for technical reviews, automation, and system quality assurance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and maintain best practices for security and data governance.
Cost Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and optimize technology investments.Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Leadership Experience: 10+ years of senior technology leadership within the wealth management, fintech, or financial services sectors.
Technical Expertise:
– Advanced knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
– Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
– Proficiency in REST-based microservices, real-time data streaming with Kafka, and database technologies like Snowflake.Certifications: Recognized certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, CISSP) are advantageous.
Innovation and Agility: Proven ability to integrate and leverage emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Scaling Expertise: Experience in scaling operations within high-growth or startup environments.Summary
