This hybrid role will be pivotal in driving new business pitches, managing a team of analysts, and leveraging advanced analytics approaches to enhance marketing and communication strategies.Key Responsibilities:New Business Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling pitches and proposals, integrating data-driven insights to win new business opportunities.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure effective data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights delivery. Familiarity with web, search, social, and media analytics is a must.Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA): Understand MMM and MTA methodologies to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions, ensuring that our communications strategies are data-driven and impactful.Consumer Research: Conduct social listening and broader consumer research to identify trends, and inform marketing strategies, ensuring our work is rooted in current consumer behavior.Team Collaboration: Work closely with account teams, creative departments, and strategy teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across all client programs.Innovation and Technology: Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, predictive analytics, and measurement tools to continuously enhance our intelligence offerings.Key Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in business, statistics, or other relevant field is an asset
  • 7-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and research preferably within a digital marketing or media agency.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, and Google Analytics
  • Expert in SQL & Python for data analysis and automation
  • Familiarity with social listening tools (Talkwalker, Brandwatch, or equivalent) and consumer research methodologies (survey design, advanced analytics analysis, etc…)
  • Familiarity with tools like GWI, Vividata, MRI Simmons, etc.
  • Experience with GCP, BigQuery & Snowflake
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in successfully identifying consumer insights that lead to driving positive business impact
  • Proven people management skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of analysts and researchers
