The Project Systems Completion and Handover processes for a project are overseen by the Program Testing and Commissioning Manager, along with the Handover Manager. Bechtel serves as the Delivery Partner, working alongside the Technical Advisor to ensure the successful completion of the project and the streamlined movement of assets.
Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Our busy office is currently accepting applications to fill the role of Administrative Assistant within our customer service department. The successful candidate will perform routine administrative and customer service duties, as well as providing support to our team members. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
– Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies
– Assist with the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials
– Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
