What will your typical day look like?
As the Global Consumer Industry Marketing Leader (IML), you will build the Consumer brand position and eminence in the marketplace, driving our efforts across the global member firm (MF) network. You will work with senior leaders across the globe to activate a consistent go-to-market approach that enables growth, champion the voice of the customer, and protect and enhance the brand in alignment with the global strategy. You will lead through influence a cross-cultural team of Consumer marketers that work within member firms, collaborating together to activate the global Consumer marketing strategy. You will be part of the broader Global Clients
& Industries team, which sits at the epicenter of our multi-disciplinary model, and be a member of the GC&I marketing & communications team. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager. This role will provide a great opportunity for career growth.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Develop the long-term global Consumer marketing strategy and plan that aligns to our Global Consumer strategies
- Build and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively harness digital and creative possibilities to engage target audiences in a distinctive way and drive measurable business results
- Utilize influential leadership skills to collaborate across Member Firm and local marketing teams to drive globally consistent campaigns
- Use data to assess market and competitive landscape and inform strategy and decisions
- Own a “seat at the table”, influencing stakeholders by asking probing questions, giving input and lobbying for ideas.
- Lead and develop talent through collaboration and community building.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- Marketing domain expertise to include marketing strategy, research, analytics, digital, social media, creative and branding
- Experience working with a global network, or global/multi-national organization with proven ability to work across operations
- Proven ability to lead through influence, engage and collaborate with individuals across various disciplines, cultures and backgrounds to achieve shared goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective storytelling, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, executive presence and ability to interact effectively with senior executives, external parties and internal team
- Strong project management experience
