About the Role:
Tempo has a full-time opening for Client Planning Account Manager, ideally located in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Corus Partnerships by working on client presentations with the sales teams, socializing insights initiatives, agency/ client planning, Corus Capabilities updates, Demand Creation, training and other emerging areas that support our Go-to-Market strategy of meeting all our client and agency needs, this role reports directly to the Director, Local Tempo.
You will contribute by:
- Being the direct touchpoint for agency and client requests
- Strategizing with NAM’s/ IAM’s & Sales Leaders on Key Clients, Agency Interaction and bringing increased equity into the Corus Value Proposition
- Participation in “Guiding Strategy” on client pitches
- Help sales grow YOY revenue, Corus share/ retention via Corus Value Proposition
- Help guide internal needs by interacting with Broadcast, Digital, Research, Insights, Activation, Creative, Networks, Client Marketing – feed ALL Corus into GTM Strategy
- Continue to evolve storytelling with client presentations – consideration of client audiences.
- Help to ensure quality control on all client facing pitches
- Capture client outcomes to feed into case study development
- Deep understanding of emerging Corus Marketing Effectiveness learnings and practices
- Provide coaching to the NAM’s; IAMs
- Prepare and present presentations to sales leaders, supporting new business /category development
- Support in development of unique go-to market strategy including client/agency summits, DL’s, Town Halls
- Annual & Quarterly and ad hoc Reporting
Skills and Experience you bring:
- University or College degree in broadcasting media, advertising, or related program
- 8+ years Advertising and Marketing or related background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with agencies
- Proven track record in developing highly customized marketing campaigns
- Proven efficiency in measuring & analyzing impacts to establish ROI.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively and efficiently handle tasks under tight timelines
- Highly motivated, creative individual with a strong passion for connecting with current and future customers and stakeholders
- Adaptive to change and open to feedback
- Ability to thrive within a creative team environment
