Job description: The team is looking for a strategic seller (Client Partner) to be a key member of our Uber Ads CPG team. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial ads partnerships with Canadian key CPG partners.

You will lead the ads sales strategy & JBP planning for a portfolio of top CPG brands and drive the adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.

You will work closely with our established Partnerships team and alongside other internal cross-functional teams (e.g. Ads Analytical & Measurement, Ad Operations, ENT Partners) to consistently deliver on our partners’ needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with our Enterprise Partnerships team to develop and implement ads partnership strategies that deliver on your Enterprise CPG partners’ needs and exceed quarterly growth goals.
  • Build relationships with the Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision-makers within partner organizations.
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.
  • Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across Enterprise Partnerships, Product, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure we are delivering on partner needs.
  • Expand ad product adoption. Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offering.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience, ideally in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling ad solutions to large CPG brands, with a specific focus on digital advertising.
  • Experience working with Brand/Media buyers, working on RFPs, and E-commerce teams.
  • Understanding of Digital Advertising / retail landscape in US&C.
  • Ability to build and implement strategic sales & JBP plans that result in success for our partners and Uber.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative storytelling experience with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers with a data-backed approach.
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
