Key Responsibilities:
Position Summary: As a GTM Business Operation and Marketing Data Analyst, you will be a pivotal team member working at the intersection of go-to-market operations and marketing. You will be responsible for analyzing data to drive go-to-market strategies, enhance marketing campaigns, and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Business Operation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of operations.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
- Support the implementation and optimization of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance business operations.
- Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks related to business operations.
Marketing Data Analyst:
- Gather, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
- Create custom reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate marketing data insights.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Utilize predictive modeling and segmentation techniques to understand customer behavior and preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in GTM business operations and marketing data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Python).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and business operations.
- Experience in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
