The individual must work closely with Dealer Head-Offices and Sales teams, to ensure accurate maintenance within both data databases and that change requests are processed within the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).What You Will Do

  • Update, research and maintain advisor information change requests from various sources including – Dealer Head Offices, Sales, Client Services, Processing, Dealer Relations, FundSERV, internal and external email requests from Head Offices through Update Advisor.
  • Complete the BULK TRANSFERS of accounts from one dealer rep code to another.
  • Complete the DEALER REP CODE change request for individual accounts and Advisors.
  • Validate Advisor’s information via the CSA Website, in order to create a valid Contact Page
  • Reactivate, Deactivate or reassignment of a Contact Page
  • Add and modify dealer rep codes in AXIS. Associate DR codes in Salesforce etc.
  • Complete approved Wholesaler reassignment requests for dealer rep codes submitted by the Sales team via a Task request.
  • Review processed work items for quality control.
  • Add value to the client experience by understanding what’s important, recognizing what needs to be done and taking personal accountability for creating a positive ‘moment of truth’.

What We’re Looking For

  • Post secondary degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years work experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • CSC/IFIC licenses would be considered an asset

  • Liaison Role: Serve as a connection point between Dealers, Field Reps, 3rd Party vendors and Internal stakeholders facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Program Enrollments: Handle the process of enrolling dealers in programs, likely related to the oADD platform.
  • Support & Training: Provide support to dealers on the platform, analytics and associated programs. Lead training initiatives for the dealer.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the oADD program and platform to act as a reliable source of information, guidance and coaching.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving B2B and B2C issues that may arise from dealers or connected 3rd parties.
  • Metrics Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor and enhance performance and lead metrics for assigned dealers and oADD’s related performance of brand websites.
  • Program Education & Awareness: Assist field teams in educating and promoting awareness of the program among stakeholders.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Regularly assess the quality, accuracy, and relevance of all content on the website. Ensure that the content aligns with the brand’s messaging, goals, and audience needs.
  • SEO Optimization: Evaluate content from an SEO perspective, ensuring that it contains relevant keywords, follows best practices for search engine optimization, and is structured to improve search performance.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze how website content impacts visitor behavior and conversion rates. Implement strategies to improve user experience and encourage desired actions (e.g., purchases, sign-ups, inquiries).
  • Content Updates: Keep the website content up to date by removing outdated information, refreshing stale content, and adding new, relevant material.
  • Keyword Analysis: Conduct regular keyword research to identify new opportunities for content creation or optimization based on current search trends and user intent.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of different content pieces using analytics tools to measure their effectiveness in attracting traffic and achieving conversion goals.
  • User Experience Evaluation: Assess how content contributes to the overall user experience (UX) of the website, ensuring it engages visitors and guides them through a seamless journey.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all content complies with legal requirements, industry standards, and maintains accuracy and authenticity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in website management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Bilingual (Quebecois Written/Verbal)

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to analyze website performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization tools.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance.
  • Experience in setting up, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.

Digital Marketing Expertise:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including PPC campaigns, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Understanding of how various marketing channels contribute to website performance and overall online presence.
  • UX/UI Understanding:
  • Awareness of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices to enhance website usability and conversion rates.
  • Ability to conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to optimize website design and functionality.
