  • Point-of-contact for Enabling Areas for Secure System Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) and design-related activities pertaining to cybersecurity
  • Lead and perform cybersecurity assessments of business applications to ensure security requirements are being met
  • Develop and manage relationships with Enabling Areas stakeholders and become a trusted cyber advisor to ensure cybersecurity is factored into application lifecycles from the beginning
  • Collaborate with Enabling Areas to ensure business applications meet continued compliance with Global Cybersecurity standards and policies
  • Partner with the Secure Design Lead based in APAC to support SSDLC and cyber-related activities for business applications within Enabling Areas

What we are looking for:

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or applied science from an accredited university of recognized standing.
  • Member of a provincial professional engineering association (eg. PEO).
  • Experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in nuclear industry is an asset.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are required. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and able to follow and implement complex procedures.

  • Security Clearance Eligibility Required

Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom.
