You have:

5+ years Search Engine Marketing experience

We’re on the search for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Uberflip team in Toronto!

Working with our Growth Marketing team, you will own the execution behind innovative marketing programs and campaigns designed to generate awareness and demand for Uberflip. Through paid acquisition channels you will be responsible for driving both pipeline and revenue. You will continuously look for effective ways to drive growth and convert customers and be a key part of a team that encourages experimentation, focuses on impact, and keeps the customer at the centre of everything we do.

Never alone, you will be supported by and work closely with the Growth, Content Experience, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Sales teams. You will have access to best-in-class marketing technology and large budgets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understand the role of campaigns and programs through all stages of the marketing funnel, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to drive impact where it’s needed most.
  • Define paid campaign strategy and manage budget allocation.
  • Analyze and report on the impact of growth marketing activities against core marketing metrics.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure awareness of upcoming and in-market activities, alignment, gather feedback, and achieve results, adjusting programs as needed to meet goals.
  • Be accountable for business impact measured by pipeline and revenue.

We want to talk to you if:

  • You have successfully completed post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • You have 1+ years of marketing experience – preferably in B2B tech.
  • You’re collaborative, solution-oriented, and have a bias for action.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can synthesize data to make strategic decisions.
  • You’re eager to experiment and optimize, and you understand the basic principles of A/B testing.
  • You’re able to successfully manage projects involving tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and many moving parts.
  • You are excited by a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Bonus points if:

  • You have experience with Google Ads or paid social.
  • You know your way around leading marketing technology platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Drift, 6sense, etc.
  • You are Uberflip content experience certified!

We are looking for a digital marketing SEO expert evolve and grow into something greater and look at HPT as your home for the future!

Must Haves:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with copy-writing and writing blog articles.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with website platforms such as WordPress and WP bakery plugin
  • Experience using the Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Remarketing).
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Works well under pressure and can manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • Google Ads and Analytics Certifications.
  • Facebook Ads Blueprint Certification.
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools and Google Search Console.

Nice to haves:

  • Graphics knowledge
  • WordPress + WP bakery plugin experience
  • Experience running Facebook Ad campaigns using the Facebook Ad Manager / Power Editor.
  • CRM experience such as Infusionsoft, Zoho
  • Understanding of Google Tag Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • A strategy for content marketing campaigns, including determining what to write about, proofreading the copy of writers and also occasionally write articles if needed.
  • Create a strategy for email marketing campaigns, including writing email copy.
  • Organize, build and maintain a social media presence.
  • Track, monitor and ensure that campaigns are delivering against all KPIs by reporting on campaign performance.
  • Execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies with UX design, landing page design, a/b testing, multivariate testing, marketing automation and email marketing with successful results.
  • Monitor industry changes and developments in digital marketing.
  • Work closely with the owner to ensure the companies marketing plan is being executed efficiently and successfully.
