What You’ll Do:

Lead a team responsible for developing and executing online marketing initiatives to drive revenue and profitability, acquire new customers, strengthen retention rates and grow customer lifetime value, all while improving the overall customer experience through our digital channels.

Qualifications :

4-6+ years of business experience, optimally with a mix of consulting and corporate experience in Marketing and/or Strategy;Undergraduate degree required and 3+ years Marketing Operations leadership position

Experience, implementing and delivering marketing operations strategies & initiatives and tracking and influencing growth initiative and marketing metrics

Experience leading and executing strategic and/or marketing projects while working across multiple stakeholder groups

Rogers Sports & Media (RSM) has embarked on a journey of digital transformation. This role owns overall responsibility for our extensive digital ecosystem, including all Sportsnet websites, apps, subscriber platforms, audio products for all digital and Internet-based platforms. Reporting to the Head of Digital Products, this role is responsible for crafting the strategy for the premier digital sports experience in the world and leading the Sportsnet product team through unlocking user value, ruthless prioritization, road-mapping and the end-to-end lifecycle management of all of the Sportsnet digital products. What you will do…

Product Management and Leadership
