Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Working Advantage. In this role, you will leverage innovative marketing tools and conduct engaging live virtual demos to attract and onboard new clients. Your expertise in targeted prospecting will be crucial in driving growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement compelling marketing strategies to effectively showcase the benefits of Working Advantage to potential clients.
- Live Virtual Demos: Conduct engaging live demonstrations that highlight our services and how they can meet the needs of prospective clients.
- Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through targeted outreach efforts, utilizing various channels to generate leads.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing them with the information and support they need to make informed decisions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to continually refine strategies and achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in client acquisition or business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling virtual demos.
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and client needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
