We’re looking for an Associate (internship position) with a passion for digital. The position will expose the candidate to the world of digital advertising (PPC campaigns, Facebook Ads Manager, Programmatic Display Advertising, Audience Management, Analytics and more!). This position will also give exposure to managing campaigns on TRADER’s advertising platform.

Responsibilities will include analyzing data, QA campaigns for setup accuracy, tracking and tagging accuracy, preparing performance review presentations, management and tracking of KPIs, optimizing key accounts, providing weekly reports, and presenting strategic recommendations.


What you’ll do…


Campaign Management:
planning, creating and managing ad campaigns. Conduct in-depth optimization of campaigns to ensure campaign deliveries are within acceptable KPI range. Perform regular account analysis for key improvement areas and provide actionable insights. Develop optimization schedule and process for our clients.


Reporting:
Monitor, review and report on ad campaign performance. Produce miscellaneous reports aligned to the business.


Stakeholder Managements:
Support intern account and sales team in client relationship management by participating in client account reviews with the team, presenting insights and help in giving direction to meet client’s goals. Making proactive recommendations to clients and Trader Sales reps for potential improvement and help clients meet their objectives. Develop custom campaigns according to client objectives.


Testing & Continuous Improvement:
Develop testing/optimization process to improve effectiveness of the team and program.


What you bring to the table…

  • High level of proficiency with the internet and MS Office (particularly Excel); demonstrated proficiency with Web-based applications; and knowledge of Web analytics software tools.
  • Knowledgeable about the latest trends in the search engine industry.
  • Having certifications is a plus (Google Adwords Certification, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to provide executive level reporting on financial metrics and KPI’s for a team.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
