  • Work together with Operations Teams, Offshore Teams and Product to implement new processes and maintain existing processes
  • Oversight of Signature Services Network, including recruitment, communications, procedures, monthly SLA reporting and database updates;
  • Define operations requirements and implement processes within the centers to establish consistent processes. Assist other team members in developing this skill
  • Use project management tools to assess, track and maintain projects for time, quality and scope

  • 1-3 years’ experience in operations management or operational role
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Team Player with the ability to work additional hours as required
  • Ability to review and understand operations processes and impacts
  • Knowledge of process mapping an asset
  • Strong attention to detail for project and change control management
  • Presentation skills with the ability to provided end-user training
  • Degree in Business an asset or equivalent work experience
